Gently rub dirt spot using a damp rag with leather cleaner or mild detergent. Let shoes dry after cleaning.

ShooFoo accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS by using PayPal online service.

Order Confirmations:

Website or email orders will receive an email confirmation from ShooFoo.

Sale Tax:

Sales tax is only charged for shipments within the State of Washington (sales tax 8.4%).

Shipping/Delivery:

• ShooFoo ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail® in the USA only.
• Shipping rates are $4.75 for orders under $60.
• FREE shipping for orders for orders totalling over $60.
• Deliveries generally take 3-4 business days.
• Shipping insurance is not offered at this time.
• Holidays may add an extra day to delivery times.

Exchange/Return:

We want you to be completely happy with your ShooFoo shoes. If for any reason, you would like to exchange or return your purchase, we would be happy to exchange your purchase for another selection or provide a refund within the first 55 days of purchasing date. We do not pay postage for exchanges or returns.

If we made an error in shipping, please let us know and we'll promptly send you the correct shoes along with a postage paid label or envelope to return our error.
